Uni looked carefully at the lower meniscus of the liquid in the glass vial she held, tilted a few more drops into the vial, then pressed a cork stopper into place before finally allowing herself to exhale. She looked at the row of similar vials arranged before her, thinking.

Uni placed the vial in the rack, put her other tools and materials away, and, taking a seat, folded her hands in her lap to wait.
