Setting: The Winding Way
Time: Late evening on the day before the play-date.

Sonic was excited, mostly because the day had been great, but also because his new buddy Tails had offered to show him his pet project. The blue hedgehog wasn't great with machinery, but he loved seeing it nonetheless. He was never allowed in Mr. Stark's quarters to see what he was working on, so this was the next best thing! Probably even better... But Sonic had yet to see that.
He followed the two-tailed fox closely, being quiet even though he knew most of the crew was out drinking and partying. It was close to bed time, but Sonic wouldn't admit he felt tired... If he hadn't done so much exploring, he'd have more energy. But he had to be in tip-top shape for the play tomorrow, no exceptions!
