Once the merchant ship was in range Maxim quickly wrapped a secured rope around his arm and leapt from the railing of the 4423, swinging across dropping onto the deck of the other ship. He'd find the passengers and force them down into whatever sort of brig or cellar the vessel was equipped with, and he had to do it quickly. Of course, this wouldn't be a problem for him.

Dimo was with the other raiders so things were in good hands. Maxim climbed over the fallen mast and drew his rapier, flashing a bright, fangy grin at the few people that hadn't run for cover. "Hokay, pipple, hyu know de drill. Ve's goink to visit de hold und ve's gonna go qvickly und qvietly if ve vants to kip our heads."

With several frightened stares and even a few defiant ones, they all gradually turned and headed for the hatch leading below deck. "Hy said QVICKLY! MOOF!" They all quickened their pace immediately, a few of them stumbling over each other to get to the door.

Pip wasted no time in joining Maxim, knowing that he'd need a hand one way or another - as powerful as the Jagers were even people like them needed some help from time to time. After settling down the guns and equipping himself with the necessary things, the mercenary swung down to the merchant ship as well in order to aid the Jager with the people.

He arrived just in time as Maxim's voice bellowed across the open deck, wincing a little at the volume. Man, these Jagers sure had loud voices. Pip stifled a sigh as he helped out by ensuring that the people went down below deck in order and not go trampling on each other anytime soon. That'd be bad then. "'urry up now if y'don't wanna die," the long-haired man muttered with something of a dark smirk as he ushered the last of the people down the hatch.

Greed wasn't far behind them and in a flashy sort of jump, landed not far from Pip. He grinned at the rush and panic of the crew and passengers of the ship and found himself taking a long deep breath.

"It's been a bit too long since I had some real fun, hm?"

He slipped his hands in his pockets and trailed after the others, occasionally snapping at a passenger or two in that way that always scared the crew members. Something to be said for Greed enjoying his job as much as he did.

Oh yes, this was what Maxim was made for. He could sense the fear and panic and it gave him a sort of adrenaline rush. It was the same rush all Jägers felt at times like this. It tended to make them stupid and mindless but it also made them stronger, faster, nearly invincible ( ... )

As soon as the dreaded 4423's proximity was announced to the passengers and crew, Jenka had gleefully taken advantage of the resulting chaos to start searching the nearby cabins for valuables. A whole week of acting like a peaceful passenger on the crowded merchant ship had really gotten on her nerves, so she didn't hide her activities in the least - she was quite happy to take her frustration out on anyone who protested. Quite a few did, and she made them scream before she killed them. The scent of blood filling her nostrils was intoxicating, and she was close to forgetting what she was here for. She hadn't killed in far too long ( ... )

"I suppose zat's 'rue fer all o'us," Pip replied in agreement to Greed's comment as he contiuned helping out in herding up the passengers on the ship, pointedly ignoring the several shouts and screams in the general area. Pirates really weren't that much different from mercenaries at times - the only difference was that one was hired and the other was not. In the end, they were both cannon fodder one way or another.

Cigarette smoking in-between his lips, Pip turned to Maxim as he relayed instructions and nodded in acknowledgment, tipping his cowboy hat in a mild salute. "Gotcha, mate," he answered and was about to move off when he heard the shout of another Jager...odd. Wasn't Dimo supposedly somewhere else...? Not to mention that voice hardly sounded like Dimo ( ... )

Greed had to cock an eyebrow at this new comer. He didn't know where she'd come from but she seemed to have definitely found her way around the ship. And made a bit of a party of it, as well. This promised to be interesting.

Hands still casually in his pockets, he nodded to Pip, "Got it. We take it back to the ship, Captain deals with the dividin' and shit."

His grin became amused, "And who might you be, eh? Don't think I've seen you before and yet you're actin' like one of us."

He stepped a little closer, casually.

It was an extremely familiar scent that Maxim caught and he slowed his pace, brows furrowing. "Efferybody shtop or hyu gets it!" The imprisoned passengers all froze and turned to see what was going on. But before Maxim could figure out what he was smelling an even more familiar voice followed them down the stairs and soon he was looking at the face of a very old friend whom he hadn't seen in somewhere around five years ( ... )

Jenka cocked an amused eyebrow at the redhead's answer. "Yez, I vasn't plannink on stayink here vith it." She nodded at the other one's somewhat clearer response. "I'm ..." - her answer to his next question was lost in Maxim's shout, so she just gestured towards the Jager as an explanation ( ... )

Well, it wasn't his fault that he had such a thick accent at times. It ran in his family, and Pip was pretty sure the accent wasn't going to vansih anytime soon. Maybe a few more generations down the road and the accent would start to lighten, but for now the mercenary had the deal with it. Pip was about to try and clarify what he had said when Maxim shouted over the commotion and he watch with a smile as two friends finally met each other for the first time in years.

...man, seeing this really reminded him of Seras now... but he couldn't meet her when he was on this ship; it was pretty old and big news about the whole thing in Kropmork after all. Maybe he needed a change of places... he'd have to bring that up with the captain later, the man supposed. But for now he only watched as the two Jagers reunited ( ... )

Greed snorted with an amused sound and kept up his toothy grin. "I think I like this one," He said a bit to himself and a bit to the others. He watched as Pip actually went about introducing himself and rolled his eyes.

"And you can call me Greed, the Quartermaster," He said quickly, crossing his arms, "But we don't exactly got time for formalities, we're taking these people to the brig."

The ship was going down after all, they needed to get this shit and get out.

"Dot's right, pipple, hyu heard him. Get moofink!" Maxim thrust his rapier at the small crowd of passengers. They shied away in response and continued towards the brig.

When they arrived it was a rusty cellar of sorts with a door that locked from the outside. Perfect. The keys were hanging on the wall nearby. Maxim ushered everyone inside and slammed the door shut, locking them all in. He put his face near the door and shouted, "Mebbe if hyu iz schmott hyu vill find a vay out of dere before de ship crashes!" He then laughed gleefully, banging on the door a couple of times with his fist.

"Hokay den, let's go find de odders und loot dis place."

[ooc: she wasn't actually making fun of Pip's accent, just that of course they were taking the loot to the ship, there wasn't anywhere else to go with it ( ... )

[OOC: Oh I seeeeeee. I fail at reading stuff like these orz. Also apologies for the late tag. >_>;]

Pip laughed lightly, the sheepish smile still on his face as he awkwardly contiuned rubbing the back of his neck when unlike most people he met around nowadays, someone actually had heard about him. It was really kinda... how should he put it - great? Odd? Sure his reputation was whispered all over Reial but well against someone like a Jager... lets just say it brought the scale here up to eleven. Whatever scale that is was that is. "Ah, I 'ope you're not too disappointed vith vat you're seein'," he added with a weak laugh ( ... )

Now, Greed felt the real fun could begin. Messing with passengers and prisoners was certainly up there on the list of fun things for him, but looting, stealing, taking. That was what Greed was about, what he lived for.

He had to say, landing a job like this to cater to such a hobby had been a dream come true. There wasn't anything else Greed could probably do with himself if it were not being a pirate. The others could probably see the sort of frightening joy being displayed on his face.

With that he definitely went about ransacking the first room he came apon, shoving it all into the bag he carried with him. He didn't look hard enough at what he was grabbing, he just knew that it was his and nothing more.

[ooc: skipping Maxim to get things going. Also, this multi-timing thing is a bit confusing, sorry if I mess something up! Also, sorry for sucky writing, I'm trying to hurry so we can get some stuff done.]Human modesty sure was strange, Jenka thought after hearing Pip's comment. What was he looking at her like that for? Deciding this needed some kind of response, she eyed him up and down deliberately and gave an approving look before dashing towards the storage rooms. There was definitely nothing wrong with him. Nice scars ( ... )
