"But, Mom! You have money. Send me a ship to get me out of here! You send Dennis money all the time, and I'm your only daughter.
"...what do you mean I was an accident, Mom? Dennis and I are twins!"
When she reached top deck, Dee finally realized how long she had been running. She dropped the device she was carrying upon being impacted with the strong, cold wind. "Goddammit it's cold up here!" She had hoped her exclamation might alert some of her crew mates to her presence and get a few of them to come to her aid, but it didn't seem like she was that lucky. "What is that horrible sound?"
A few moments later, after picking up her journal, Dee finally saw the cause of the noise. Like the good little girl she was, the sight caused her to freeze on spot, staring dumbly up at the hulking monstrosity.

He found it interesting that it had only been a little while since he arrived and already there was chaos being incited by somethings. Whatever it was he didn't see it yet until he headed out to the front deck--he also had to remember to record this event as well.
Upon seeing the two girls just standing there he knew that was definitely not a smart course of action, especially as the monster attacked. Without a moment's hesitation, he got in front of the two girls, throwing an energy blast directly--although it wasn't completely charged so all it did was distract him for a while. Even so, he gathered together energy for a prepared assault on the monster while it had been busy a little figuring out what was going on before it attacked again.
"Get away from here!"
The black-haired man shouted, letting loose the blast as he saw the giant fist coming down and temporarily knocking it back. It was quick to get back up and he began to gather energy in his hands, but it apparently was angry enough to immediately one of its giant fists at him. Instantaneously, he erected a quick barrier which forced him to stop focusing on trying to gather enough energy to throw a larger blast at him.
Then he heard something break and the next thing he knew there was sharp pain in the back of his head as he slammed into something. He vaguely was aware that he was lying against a wall and his head dizzy. That's not good.
Trying to concentrate, a white light washed over him, before he then launched a barrage of blasts at the beast, once again distracting it from potentially devouring the girls.

And then something white shot at the beast. Despite her initial shock, Dee was able to notice an opening when she had one. "Oh shit oh shit oh shit oh shit," Dee was repeating the curse like a mantra as she ran away from the beast. The other girl was in her way, so she really had no choice but to latch onto her arm and scream for her to get moving. It was too bad they had to leave their savior behind, but he had asked them to.
"You heard the man, let's get moving!" She had barely finished her sentence when the man in question flew in front of them and into the wall. Seeing no other alternative, with nowhere to go and the beast's eye back on them, Dee crouched to the ground, covering her head with her journal. She prayed that the death would at least be a quick one.
The following shots from the man saving them went unnoticed as Dee flew into a panic attack.

The creature jerked with the impact of the bullet but it did not seem to slow it down. "Get away! Hide!" Ryo shouted at the two women, setting the man go down. He let out another shot into the monster's face. It growled and screamed, jumping towards him. Ryo darted to the side and got tangled up in his gun in the process. He had to dump his heaviest weapon to get away. He swore again and raised his pistol, taking shot after shot until the magazine was empty. The monster didn't seem to even slow down.
He stopped and prayed for enough time to reload his gun.

"Hey, you!" the spiky-haired reporter yelled. "Yeah, you! I'm over here, you -- you overgrown gorilla!" The monster paused in its pursuit of Ryo, turning to look at this new target that was causing it pain.
There! That ought to give HIM time to reload, and the girls to escape! he thought, fighting down the fear he felt as the monster began to lumber towards him. N-n-now what?! he wondered desperately as it began to close in. He shot again, more accurately this time thanks to the shorter range. It caught the monster full in the face, but it didn't check its progress. Phoenix took a step back, pistol still at the ready.

Egret ran up the stairs in order to help. "Save yourself." She said, stepping in front of the reporter. Mai knew he'd object to her trying to save him, but shook it off. I have to save these people, no matter if they let me or not! She thought, magical energy forming around her feet."To those who desecrate the sacred fountains, and the Victoria II, stop your Cruel Behaivior!" She yelled authoritatively. She then jumped up and began to dive at the monster, her foot outstretched in order to kick it. What have I gotten myself into? The Pretty Cure thought, just seconds before she made impact.

"Hey, you might want to get off the battlefield--not a good place for people like you, ya know?"
This speech was directed at Phoenix who nearly winded up in a bad spot just because of his actions just a short few moments ago--the monster recovered from the kick, ready to attack until he threw another energy blast into its face. Now, now, we can't be having that now can we?
"Your name, sister?"
What a time to ask a question right as the now surely weakening hideous beast made an attempt towards the two of them and he prepared to launch any energy spheres at it as well as make sure no one got hurt. If they did, though, he could always heal them.

"I'm sorry, is this your fight?" She asked. What a question, but one she wondered. Maybe she didn't need to be fighting and could wait for the monsters to be killed in her room? That thought blew away when the monster screamed and lunged at the two again. With no time to launch another attack, Egret hoped, and silently prayed, that the man who had blasted the monster had another trick up his sleeve.

When he saw the huge creature lunge, and the people it was headed for, he dashed forward as quickly as he could, breezing past the two of them at insane speed. He leaped into the air, turning about to deliver a back kick at the thing.
Logically, it should be impossible for one man to physically halt something so huge in mid-air. But then, Might Gai was impossibly strong. The creature howled as Gai's boot connected with its face, sending it back down to the ground again.

Working was no fun and neither was being useless, which was odd, because that is what it seemed that Dee would strive for. This was different, though. Those other assholes were obviously stealing her spotlight. Feeling a wave of confidence brought on by her sudden jealousy, Dee started shouting at the people running around on deck. "Oh, yeah, keep kicking it. That's obviously working."
Even the monster was ignoring her now. "Goddammit!" Picking up the closes thing to her -- some giant lead ball, what the hell was that for? -- and being unable to throw it, Dee rolled the ball towards the beast, hoping to at least trip it up.

She slowly, painfully got back up(as is how all good cures get back up) and looked around to take stock on the battle. Two bystanders, one reporter, one.... passenger. There was the man who blasted the monster, another with a gun, one who had knocked the beast down in mid-air, and a woman shouting commands at a cyan woman. I hope we can protect you all... she thought quickly, before jumping up again. She dove at the monster once again, avoiding it's hand this time, kicking it square in the jaw. Smiling in accomplishment, she landed just behind the strong man.

"Don't worry, sirs and madames," he said flashing his trademark grin and letting go with one hand to give a thumbs-up. "We'll have this wrapped up in a jif--WHOA!"
One of the thing's sinuous arms reached back and grabbed hold of him, pulling him off and then throwing him halfway across the deck.

Not so fast, bucko.
"C'mon guys, I think we pretty much got this one in the bag!"
The black-haired man wished that the people who were not able to help though had followed his advice--ah well, it couldn't be helped. Although he had wondered exactly why--as he was throwing another light magic spell of an energy blast at the monster--there was a tall summoned being who wasn't exactly all that helpful he would ask that question later.
"I suppose it is nice to meet you, Miss Cure--although I'm sure we could have met in better circumstances if ya know what I mean. You may call me Mr. H."
