Setting: starting at the docks then anywhere in the city

Anise had left for the docks at 5 p.m. short. Whether or not he would arrive soon or over an hour later, Anise wanted to make sure she was there for whenever he did show up.
And so now she was waiting, hands on her hips and an excited smile on her face.
