Content: In an attempt to cheer up Hijikata, Gorobei and Heihachi have made Souji super pretty.
Setting: 4423 hallway, Hijikata's room.
Time: Evening before Jushirou left (lol backlogging).
Warnings: Cross dressing and I'm sure Souji and Hijikata will make with the kissy face once Gorobei and Heihachi leave.
Gorobei led his two friends down the halls of the 4423. He was familiar with where Hijikata's quarters was located, or else he probably would have let someone else take the lead. He glanced back at his companions, making sure that Souji was managing all right in his high heels. Souji was the only one of them that was dressed up - Gorobei didn't want to steal the other man's thunder, after all - and was the only one of them that was unused to wearing women's clothing. He was sure that Heihachi was watching the man too, but he couldn't help but check every once in a while anyway, if only for his own peace of mind.
Once they reached the door to Hijikata's room, Gorobei came to a stop. He motioned for Heihachi to stand next to him and Souji behind them. "We'll introduce you, Mitsuba. Don't worry, you'll know your cue when you hear it." As a master of performance, Gorobei knew how to deal with an audience. It was true that Hijikata was probably not the most gracious of critics that Gorobei could have hoped for, but he doubted the man would want to kill him much after he saw how well they had dressed up Souji.
Without further ado, he he tapped on Hijikata's door lightly a few times, paused, and then slammed his fist into it. The door rattled a bit and the sound of the fist hitting it echoed down the hallway. If Hijikata was in his room, there was no way he wouldn't have heard that.
