The only rooms that got barred are the rooms of people who tried to escape like me and your dynamite throwing buddy along with a bunch of others. Not enough that we got trapped in this house, now we can't even leave our rooms.

I fight demons so I was pretty convinced that some of them dragged me here because they were pissed that we managed to destroy the Hellmouth back home in Sunnydale but I don't think it's demons anymore - demons are twised and like bloodshed and pain usually and half of you would be dead already.
I bet our hosts spy on us every moment of the day. Maybe they've got hidden cameras in the rooms.
