The never-to-do list...

Apr 10, 2008 16:45

I don't think I've mentioned this, but I created a list of things I never want to in my life a while back. Some of them are to do with moral fibre, some are personal identity, and some are just icky things I never want to do. The list (due to constant sabotage) is now a mental compilation, and as such I can't remember all the items at once. Here are a few I can:

1. Never play World of Warcraft, Runescape or Dungeons & Dragons.
2. Never join a Bingo club or play Bingo on a regular basis.
3. Never buy "glamour" photography.
4. Never watch "Moment of Truth" (again).
5. Never go your whole life without owning at least one snake. (see how the list can be manipulated to motivate me? :D)
6. Never go on a reality television program.
7. Never buy Foxtel or similar pay tv for the sole purpose of watching the footy. (not including the Grand Final) Fight the man!
8. Never eat another Big Mac EVER.
9. ...

LIST RULES (at least the ones I can remember):

You may only do a list item if forced, under great pressure to do so or for monetary reasons (these must be substantial). If the world changes in such a way that it makes the motives for adding a list item uninportant, that list item becomes void. List items may correlate to a certain period in time, if unspecified, assume the period in question is your entire lifespan.

Break any list item or rule and most likely the world will explode, or at least you ought to be utterly ashamed of yourself.

P.S Yesterday I ate a whole Boston Bun by myself. That's definitely NOT going on the list. Best decision of my life!
