Today was supposed to be the day of my benefit event for the Chesterfield Center for the Arts Foundation. Due to rain and situations simply out of my control, the event had to be postponed.
I know I should be an emotional mess right now. I touched on it the other day when I thought we weren't going to have a sound system but I think I just haven't allowed myself to give in to it yet. I'm avoiding delving into my innermost thoughts and the inevitable breakdown waiting for me there.
