Hey! First, I want to thank everyone who replied to my question about Windows 7 and 8 a couple weeks ago! You were all very helpful. Now my new laptop has arrived, with Windows 7 on it. :)
I'm getting ready to re-install the game and transfer my files, but since this is my first time doing this, I have another question. I know it's possible to c/p your entire Sims 2 folder onto your new computer, but ... is it also possible to only transfer a single 'hood, not the whole saved game? Because really all I want from my old game is that one neighborhood and my DL folder, I wouldn't mind starting over fresh with everything else. Is there a way to do this, other than with SimPE? I'm just checking, if it doesn't, I'll simply install my whole Sims backup file.
