I created a clean neighborhood according to the instructions on MATY and started spawing my own townies with the townie gun in a placeholder lot/family. I spawned three sims for each social group and made them over to fit with my Victorian 'hood.
I created a family in CAS and played them for a while. Then I started noticing sims wandering around in non-Victorian garb, so I went into my placeholder lot and used the Teleporter object from Simlogical to see what these section these spawned townies belonged to. They were all from the different social groups. At that point there were about 7 sims in each group. I made them over and forgot about it.
Today I went in to makeover some npcs that the game had spawned when I needed them. Now there were 13 sims in each social group! I have no idea how this happened. I have a clean template for Apartment Life, and did exactly as the thread at MATY said. How do I make this stop before I am overloaded with these unwanted sims!?!
