Question about "deleteallcharacters"

I've been reading up on using the "deleteallcharacters" cheat to make a clean new neighborhood. I have all the expansion packs, and no stuff packs, and I know about the MATY instructions on making a new clean neighborhood.

What I want to know is, what is the worst that can happen if you simply do "deleteallcharacters" and just generate townies with boolprop, minus all the technical folder-messing stuff?
