Weird!
Now that my bitch mode has turned itself off and my cold is improving, I feel human again! I know we all have to bitch about the small things sometimse, though I feel guilty every time I do it, so I try to not get to the bitch mode...but colds and periods combined just toss me right into it! D:
My cold seems to have improved as the hours go by, instead of getting worse. Here's hoping, at least! I feel functional again...I was lounging around most of the day and felt icky. I think that random hour of hard sleep I had earlier this evening helped the healing process immensely, and I think I'll be able to sleep tonight. CONGESTION SUCKSSSS.
I learned this little technique that can provide some nasal congestion relief for me: alternate between pushing my tongue against the roof of my mouth and pressing on a spot between my eyes for 20 seconds. I was pretty skeptical, and I'm sure that it doesn't work at all for everyone, but then I felt stuff popping and shifting inside my nose, and I had temporary relief. Apparently these two alternating movements rocks a facial bone back and forth, releasing some congestion. Obviously, it does nothing for swollen nasal passages, but it let me blow my nose.
I'm doing the photo-a-day-for-a-year challenge that folks at craftgrrl are undertaking, and it actually sounds like fun. Most of my pics will probably just be dumb, random crap, but it will still be neat at this time next year when I can look through them all :) I want there to be a lot of colorful photos and a lot of nature ones. I'm sure there will be a bunch of random craft or jewelry projects photographed as well :3

I've been pretty lazy since the holiday season went into full swing, but now it's time to get back on track. There's so much I want and NEED to do!
I want to start up some amateur reviews on products I really like (makeup, bath stuff, etc), so here's my first one xD
What is it? "Pink" shower wash by Fruits & Passion
What I like: Its gradated pink and green packaging (one of my fave color combos!), how richly it lathers up, and the slightly musky fragrance it leaves behind. The fragrance is very fresh and unique; a light floral with musky notes. It contains vitamin E and leaves my skin feeling really soft.
