Backtagging: Yes, though I confess I have a habit of letting old threads fall by the wayside. If you want to continue something, feel free to give me a nudge through PM.
Threadhopping: Yes.
Fourthwalling: No, if only because it's unlikely to be an issue.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Considering Silken Master's nature most offensive and potentially triggery subjects are fine, all I ask is an OOC heads-up for anything particularly touchy.

Hugging this character: Yes, even if he only knows your character a little bit he wouldn't take offense.
Kissing this character: Yes, again like before, Silken Master doesn't mind PDAs in the least. Guys will get something of a confused look however.
Flirting with this character: Also yes! In fact, if your character is an attractive woman, expect him to flirt back if not first. Men are free to flirt as well, though he won't respond in kind...unless maybe said character is particularly attractive in a girly way and Silken Master's gotten a drink or four in him.
Fighting with this character: Yes. The Silken Master of Misery is much tougher than mortals thanks to his Exalted nature and he is something of a martial artist as well, though he's not what I would call a powerhouse. If you're interested in a serious fight, send me a PM and we can hash out the details.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes. One of the perks of his Exaltation is that he can recover from any injury without scars so feel free to be as brutal as you like. On the other hand, the supernatural martial art style he knows allows him to literally turn pain into 'pleasure', making him a more powerful opponent.
Killing this character: I'd prefer not to, but if it's for plot reasons send me a PM and we can figure something out.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes but BEWARE. The Silken Master is not alone in his own head. He hears voices called Whispers that urge him to do their bidding and can drive mortals insane quite easily. Picture the equivalent of several Cthulhus all droning on in the back of his head and occasionally offering 'advice'. These Whispers are canonically infectious, though it isn't guaranteed to happen if you'd rather your psychic character remain untainted.
Warnings: The Silken Master of Misery comes with some baggage thanks to his Abyssal nature, though he tries to be likable and not hurt anyone he does have a rather screwed up sense of compassion. For example, he tends to believe mercy killings are a good thing and is a straight up masochist. If any of this bothers you, feel free to give him a wide berth.
