Lots of stuff going on...
So I've decided on this dress for ren faire. My mom is going to take the measurements for me. We're going to be pirate wenches, yes. Fun stuff. :D
So, Gymboree is finally giving me some hours. They scheduled me for about 18. However... it's too little too late. I have an interview back with the Franklin Institute monday. I get paid more and treated better, so if Gymboree is unwilling to work around my new schedule (assuming I get the job) then I'll just have to drop them. Sheema still drives me crazy, so it won't be much of a loss.
Besides, I just found out the city job I applied for back in May has approved me and wants me to take the test August 4th. :) *crosses fingers*
Also, my friend is going to try and get me an app for the bank she works for if they still have openings.
I'm going to meet her for drinks this afternoon when she gets done work (seeing how I have nothing to do today).
Things finally seem to be working out for me.
