Learned about this
conference today.
$65.00 library student price if I register before February 28th. In Worcester, MA.
A) I can afford this (mostly)
B) It's local (sort of)
b1. Commuter Rail goes into Worcester from Boston no problem, and my commuting into downtown Boston is a near daily occurrence, so that doesn't bother me. So getting to the train station would be very easy, getting to Worcester would be very easy. Buses even run between the train station there and the place this conference being held. It's the matter of getting home, as it's some long waiting time between the conference ending and when the train back to Boston leaves.
C) It's on topics of interest (to me) AND of relevance to what I want to use my master's degree for
D) I can network
Question is - do I go?
