I started another fermented beverage style product on Tuesday ala:
-1.5 gal Ocean Spray No Sugar Added 100% Juice, Cranberry (Grape Juice + Cranberry Juice, 840g Sugar) reduced to 1 gal
-0.5 tsp Yeast Energizer
-0.5 tsp Pectic Enzyme
-1 packet of champagne yeast + a bit of sugar water for starter
The Original Gravity was 1.077 so the potential ABV is about 10.4%. Could be rough...
