Christmassy Marathon
So we ran the Christmas marathon last weekend. We went up to Nashville saturday and shopped for a last few gifts on the way. We went firstly to Mom's and spent the night with her and the herd of dogs. Sunday, we went to watch her sing at church. We also sang happy birthday to Jesus and Nancy. Then we headed to my grandmother's for lunch/dinner with her, my aunt and my aunt's friend, Z. Apparently Lisa is a bad friend because my grandmother kept ordering her to do things for Z, despite hating him up to that point. We watched the Titans win on a dumb move by their enemies, mostly unsuccessfully attempted to watch wedding videos and feasted on foods. Also, we did the present exchange gig. Eventually we left and drove around looking at all the decorated houses and then cleaned Mom's house some. Woo.
Monday we did gifts with Mom and then headed to my stepmother's parents for lunch and gifts with her family. My grandparents gave us a vibrator. OK, it was a back massager, but still. Also, my uncle felt the need to inform us that sex toys could be purchased by the internets. Thanks... We then headed to Dad's and did gifts and dinner there and his parents visited.
Tuesday we got up pretty early and shopped a bit, but didn't find many thrilling deals. After lunch we drove on back...
