Exercise goal set

I think I've figured out what my exercise goal for this year:

a perfect score on the test used by the US Marine Corp.

That would mean:

* 20 pull-ups
* 100 crunches in less than two minutes
* Complete the 3 mile run in 18 minutes or less.

When I was younger, I was much closer. Now, my cookie dough behind has some way to go...
