Song of the day: "Breaking up" - Rilo Kiley
The one thing that gets me about this song (in addition to the bridge, which annoys me rhythmically and melodically) is the grammatical incorrectness of the line "trouble between you and I" in the 1st chorus. I'll give the lyricist the benefit of the (creative license) doubt and assume it was written to rhyme more closely to the lines in subsequent choruses. But c'mon, that's a cop-out.
I swear, otherwise I think it's a good song. :-)
