ok, so i just sent this email to BMG music: (it's a CD club, if you didn't know)
Ok, I received a phone call about a week ago..the woman told me since I was such a valued customer, that I would be able to purchase 3 CDs and receive 9 free. Then, she asks if I prefer metal or classic rock. I said classic rock and she said she would send this CD. She did not say I would be fucking charged for it. This is sneaky and I do not appreciate it. I want to return the CD and pay no shipping charges to do so. I want this charge to be credited back to my card. This is the third fucking charge on my credit card, and NONE of them are CDs I choose to purchase. I am very angry about this and do not appreciate this. After the $63.31 is credited to my account, I am cancelling my membership. I also plan to tell everyone I know what a shitty business you are.
omfg. ok, some woman calls me and the conversation went as i said in the email. if i were going to be charged for the CD (it's the steve miller band greatest hits..which is probably a good CD. but not worth $20.77. the whole purpose of this club, to me anyway, is to fuckin SAVE MONEY.), they should have fucking said that on the phone. as in: "ok, well if you would like, we will charge you $20.77 for this CD and then send it to you." but no, they didn't fuckin say that. there was no hint of that at all. i should've fuckin figured though.
then i go look at bankone.com just to see how much money i've wasted recently..and there's 3 charges from BMG music. total amount of charges was $63.31!!! and no, i did not order any of the CDs they're charging me for!!!!!!!!!! omg i'm so pissed off right now
so i just sent that email (i realize it sounds very immature to curse in the email, but i don't give a fuck!) and i'm doing as i said..telling everyone HOW SHITTY BMG MUSIC IS. NEVER JOIN THAT STUPID CLUB.
