I have been watching the mystery adaptation of An Unsuitable Job for a Woman (and on VHS, no less), but due to the bizarre cataloging system of oslri, I have ended up with parts 1 & 2 (sans part 3) of the first mini-series and only part 1 (sans part 2) of the second one. So, I have stopped at the dramatic turning point in both of them with no chance of finding out what happens next. I'm a bit annoyed. So I have reserved every copy of An Unsuitable Job for a Woman in the oslri system. I hope this means I will eventually get to see the missing pieces.
I've knit another big swatch of Clapotis, this time in CEY Provence. I knit the first bit on US6s and the second bit on US7s. Now I have to decide which fabric I prefer. This is turning into another never-ending project. I suppose I should be glad that I am actually knitting again, instead of just thinking about it.
I've requested my various transcripts, which should be arriving soon, and I've begun the applications, but I haven't written my personal statement or my biographical (I keep wanting to say "biological") questionnaire. And I've tried to access my scores from the MCAT THx, but I keep running into problems. I think I'll get it straightened out eventually. And, if not, I'm pretty sure I have an old score report printed out, so I can just use the verification code from that one. I think. I hope.
I'm starting to feel panicky, which is rather disturbing. I'm panicking about the applications, my bibliography, and the sheer amount of stuff I have accumulated in my lifetime of being a pack rat. Blah. I'm perpetually planning and failing to implement a grand organization scheme. Here's hoping I get something done.
