all right,

so I had the GREATEST dream this morning. as in, not all happy bouncy great, but LIEK WHOA THIS IS COOL great.

so I don't really remember the beginning of it. I DO remember being with this big group of people, but I don't remember what we were doing.

so we entered this forest (and I remember the trail and everything, and the tour guide or whatever making a comment about the sign posted on the tree, but I don't remember what it said), and had to stop for some reason. and all of a sudden we heard shouting in the woods, and I leaned over to someone (probably my sister) and said something along the lines of "It kinda sounds like Native American tribes fighting." and sure enough, it was a Native American tribe. or something similar.

and they grabbed us and held us hostage for something and took us down into this cave, where we waited in the dark while they raved about their God. and then another tribe showed up and tried to rescue us (and by now my sister and moved away from me and was talking with these three girls a couple feet away who may or may not have been actual friends of hers in real life) by talking about THEIR god. so now, a brief little interlude about the two random people who showed up here. one was this blonde chick from the latest james bond movie, who was working with the evil villain. she was curled up against the wall behind me and scared (or something) so I tried to make her feel better. the other random person was julie's friend sam, who I haven't liked in a LONG time and I'm not sure WHY she showed up in my dream, but whatever.

SO ANYWAY. (I tend to ramble a lot when talking about my dreams, sorry.)

so the second native tribe tried to take us, but the first wouldn't let them and summoned their god (which looked like an overgrown shark with legs and arms, all of which looked like they'd been drawn by an elementary school child), who kinda stood there for a minute OUTSIDE (I could still see him, though; ah, the wonder of dreams) and just...growled at us. or something. and then all of a sudden he disappeared like smoke and we turned around and LOW AND BEHOLD the second tribe's god had appeared, and we could see HIM too despite the fact that he was also outside. and he was just...a man with black hair in black clothing. apparently the wind god, I guess. *shrug*

so then the second tribe chased the first tribe out and started talking about the world they lived in. they called it the never-ending ocean, and raved about how wonderful it was while I tried to make sense of why they had a wind god and lived in the ocean while the other tribe lived on land and had a water god. oO; so they left and a good portion of people left with them. the rest of them stayed, and I stayed and tried to convince them to leave with us. behind us I could somehow see the crack in the ground that got you to the never-ending ocean closing up, and it finally DID close just as I was giving a very motivational speech about why we should GO there. I think it involved a lot of "you'll DIE if you stay here, you dumbasses" (although a little more polite), but SHHH. so the ground opens up again behind us and everyone finally decides to come.

and I just remembered a brief interlude about something about food and selling it, which was weird. whatever.

so we all dive into the water we can see (there was this really pretty reflection, too, of pillars of a temple in a sunrise, which was weird because, once again, we were UNDERGROUND), and I get in the water and open my eyes and there're fish EVERYWHERE and it was really pretty. and I look around me and at the opposite end of...whatever I was in, there was what looked like a movie theater screen with visions of ANOTHER ocean on it. so I swam through it, and through another one, and ended up somewhere in a ROOM with stuff in it. and it was kinda cool, 'cause I talked to a jug of water by sticking my head THROUGH the plastic. I introduced myself and asked it's name and it told me it was...anita? something beginning with an A. and then I wandered around a series of rooms and kept accidentally bumping into moving furniture and things like that. the walls were COVERED with paintings and photographs and sketches and things like that, all in frames, and the building was like a maze of rooms and they were all SO COOL.

I wandered into what looked like a bathroom and almost walked into a moving couch cushion (it was a very pretty one, too, dark green silk with a chiffon sash slung across it) and apologized to it ("ah, pardon me!").

it was about this time I realized I hadn't seen anyone since I got there and that my SISTER was missing, but...

...the dream ended. or at least, what I remember of it.

and btw. I'd like to thank everyone who left comments on my last entry; they made me feel A LOT better, even more than I had upon waking up.

thank you, so much. ^^;
