It has been a good while since my words have graced this page.
So much to tell and all the time in the world to do so.
I'm back with Morg. I couldn't imagine love being like this but it is.
We talk about marriage more often than not and now we're actually going forth with it. The date is still undetermined, but sooner than later.
Living with my mother has torn our relationship apart. We are back to where we were when we hated each other. Now I am older and of a clearer mind and she is still crazy and I don't want that in my life. At least not all the time...small doses are ok.
Brody and I move in with Morgan fully the 17th of August. For now we will be impatiently waiting for his roommate to high tail it up to Dallas.
I never thought I'd get married again. Morgan has plans to put a ring on my little 'ol finger, one large enough to cover up the tattoo. In two weeks we'll go ring shopping. We both have one already in mind.
So here's the deal, we're doing it up with just the two of us...and probably Brody. Then on Saturday, March 17th, 2012 we'll have our ceremony followed by our official honeymoon.
Seesh! It's so weird. I'm actually scaring myself. This is it. This is the end. I refuse to remarry if things EVER end between us.
So there is talk about my going back to school. I enroll in October and start in January. I work towards getting my CDA (child development associate) and then on to my Bachelors in Early Childhood Development and Education. Woohoo...this time it's for real.
There's also talk about babies...soon, but not that soon. I'd like two more, he'd like three. We'll see after the first...well, actually, he's an amazing father already and Brody adores him.
Soon we'll be looking for a home...3-5 years from now.
Anyway...
Morgan was accepted to both UF and LSU, he chose to go to LSU to get his masters following his love for internal auditing. Up until Monday afternoon we were headed to Baton Rouge mid-December. His boss decided that he was too great of an asset to lose so she offered to pay for him to go to school here. Wasn't enough. A day later she asked if there was anything else she could give him, like a raise. He went to her with a figure, it took her almost a week to get back to him. Yesterday she agreed with what he put on the table as long as he gave a two year commitment and took on some more tasks. So, it took Morgan a whole night and the next morning to give her an answer. We're staying in Austin! So the two of us will be attending the community college here. Morgan will be working towards completing enough hours to take his CPA exam. I'm so happy! So for now he'll continue working at the firm while going to school and I'll still work at the preschool while I work towards my CDA and then onto my bachelors.
