Surprisingly (maybe) this is the second Halloween fic I've read today (surprising because I have't read any others and it's already November 5th xD)
I was really creeped out when the lights first went off and Shoki started is manic laugh for the first time. And everything that followed was quite exciting.
Also, (since I read your comment) I think the safe word worked really well. Rape (and 'rape', as some fic writers sometimes use) turns me off a fic (there are some exceptions to this - mostly I don't like when it's treated lightly or when ppl write things such as 'I wanted him to rape me' or one character forcing themselves on another but it not 'counting' as rape because the other 'wanted it'.) BUT, I could tell Pirate!Taiga was not wanting to stop - willing to force himself on Yasui if he needed, but regular!Taiga was fighting back and looking for reassurance from Yasui. It worked well.

I don't really follow jrs *points at my fail!jr icon* but I've been reading a lot of jr fic these days, I feel like I should research them a bit purely for the sake of fic xD

But anyway, nice fic :Db

Thank you for commenting!!! I'm really glad you liked this ♥ I have to say I haven't seen much halloween fic around this year T_T I guess everybody is busy >_<

I'm happy you found it both creepy and exciting, when I started writing it I didn't really know what direction I was going in with it :S I'm not good at humour and I'm not good with thriller/adventure style things either so I just kinda kept writing to see what would come out!

As I said in the other comment, I struggled so much with the smut because the whole pirate/nun thing should not work and the Yasui/Taiga thing totally should but the costumes complicated things and yet that was kinda the point of the fic. I think I agree with you about the rape thing, I in no way condone rape but if it's written about in the right way it can work. It's when people gloss over it or make light of it that I can't read it, or when they excuse it because the 'victim enjoyed it too', it's one of those grey areas for me. I'm glad that the safe word thing worked though, because I wanted the sex to happen but I didn't want Yasui to be completely willing and Taiga had to need it but I just couldn't write rape in this scenario. SO yeah, thank you! I'm happy I got confirmation of it working!!

The truth is >_< I didn't really get into juniors until I started reading junior fic, a lot of them I knew by sight or by name but until I got desperate for new fic and started reading junior fic I didn't really follow them. But then the more I read, the more I became interested in the real people and now I'd say I like juniors more than any of the debuted groups! You definitely should look into them some more, I'm sure you'll fall for them too!!

EDIT: I just saw on your comment on my other fic that you're a Buffy fan!! Does the whole 'turning into their costumes' thing seem a bit familiar?! >_< *caught out borrowing plots*
