Boring fitness update

October goals:
Work out at the gym three times a week for the first two weeks, break for Germany trip then at least twice in the week after I return.
Go for an exercise walk at least once per week.

October 19th - 26th:

Monday - 182.2/23
Tuesday to Sunday - lots of walking in Essen, and danced some at a nightclub on Saturday.
Monday - danced at Hard Monday
Tuesday - 183.4/24

January 1st, 2007: 196.6
December 31st, 2007: 193.6
December 29th, 2008: 178.0

October 27th: 183.4

Given how much I ate in Essen, I have no issue with being up about a pound in the last eight days.
