I didn't really know the him at all, but the one story/memory I can share is that Forry was a guest for our very first year of Convergence waaay back in '99. The first film we ever showed in Cinema Rex was Metropolis and Forry showed up to watch it. Before we rolled the movie he said he just had to come see it again and he told us just how many times he'd seen it but I don't remember the number now. I think it was in the 70 to 90 range.
