Damn! You guys are updating your journals too fast for me to keep up. I checked maybe a couple days ago - er...maybe 3 or 4 - left some comments - went back to see if any of my comments had comments and the posts I originally commented on weren't even on my friends page anymore.

Anyways, I found this guy at an art fair who I thought had some really...interesting art work - thought I might show you guys some of his pictures. I'm sure this will appeal to the teenage druggy deep within you:

A simple smile. I love how he makes the teeth - there are so many and they are so thin - looks really cool to me for some reason.

The eyes are also pretty interesting. In a bunch of the pictures I saw he had little poems written around the outside of them - which I thought was neat. This one has the poem underneath it.

Not really too sure how to explain this one.

Having some trouble figuring out the symbolism of this one - both the moon and being blind are hugely popular metaphorical symbols that could mean just about anything. Has the cool teeth again, though :)

Hmm, so what else? Saw Andrew yesterday, which was nice because I haven't seen him in a while.

Yea, so here's my question for the day (...maybe week.....well.....even month really): If you had a mind reading machine, would you use it? Do you find knowing what's in other peoples minds so you can act accordingly comforting, or would you rather just play it out and see what happens, finding out for yourself? Keep in mind that if you knew what people were thinking, there would be no surprise, and no gratification when they actually revealed their thoughts to you (if they did). Any skills you have of reading people or manipulation would be totally useless when dwarfed by the power of this machine.
Now, if you would use it, who would be your main target? (you don't have to say why)

Answer truthfully, if you can.
