God it's strange to be here - but really nice at the same time. Ended up being on a flight with 3 other BADA girls, that was kinda nice. Except my travel experience was not the greatest - my suitcase was too heavy so they weren't going to allow it on the plane. So I had to repack all my bags right there in the check-in line. Also, the person across the aisle from me was rather sick towards the end of the flight. *shudders*. Highlights of the night:
-Being hugged by my parents for the first time in 3 1/2 months
-Feeling like a little kid - being excited about everything like it's brand new (i.e. the dollar (it's everything i thought it could be, mariah!), driving on the right side of the street, hearing american accents on the announcements, etc)
-Driving through my neighborhood and seeing it covered in almost of a foot of snow
-Having tea and hobnobs with my mom (if i can't be in london, i'll bring london to me)
-Lola hasn't hardly left my side since i've been home (it is so nice to sleep next to a purring kitty)
-MY SHOWER =)
-My big comfy bed in a quiet, dark, room
-My parents told me they'll replace my IPod for channukah so I don't have to get the broken one repaired
-Speaking to Dan in the same time zone
-INTERNET IN MY ROOM! WOOT!
Alright, that's all for now - just needed to find a way to pass the time at 7:30 AM (ugh, i hate jet lag)
Missing my city and my friends...
