(no subject)
So I was doing soo well this winter and I hadn't been sick at all....until now. Work was brutal since my head felt like it weighed about 1 ton and I ended up grocery shopping afterwards with mom, when we get groceries, we get them for 2 weeks. I'm sure I looked fit to be in a grocery store too, right Janet?
So I've been accepted at NSCC for their business diploma, I guess I'll give it a shot, it'll pretty much guarantee me a decent job and I won't have all the student loans to pay off for the rest of my life. Plus, if I want to try something else or take another business program at a university I'll have the money to do it. Plus I have a bit of experience in the field with the market garden and all (go country hicks lol).
They've sucked me into playing in this octet in Liverpool at the aster since the other trombone player can't make it (sister-in-law is dying of cancer if she hasn't already, she's 35 and just married his brother in June, it's sad). I get one rehearsal and that's tomorrow. The actual engagement's on the 2nd of April. Peter, you and I should do somehting Thursday night to get our minds of the next 2 days.
Well, I've gotta go feed some kids (they're sooo cute, I wish I had a digital camera, I'd have pictures for everyone). Hope everyone has a good Easter!
