(no subject)
Sooooooo, yeah, these photos are a little late. And of course, I started with the smallest group to edit first, but they're still a start to editing pics from my NYC trip in July. :B
This first set is all food. XD; I never edited my Wonjo pics last year, so I'm gonna post the ones from this year! Getting there was a huge pain in the ass. It was raining, and I had an umbrella, but soon after I left my hotel to walk the not-too-many blocks to the restaurant, the rain went crazy. Blowing really hard sideways, sheets of water falling, swirling vortexes of doom forming around the sewer grates. Everyone outside in it was soaked. Broken, inside out umbrellas were cast aside here and there. I was wearing white pants. x_x
Luckily my umbrella didn't get blown inside out (I have a GustBuster, afterall) but it also didn't keep me very dry. In fact, my hair and part of my shoulders were the only things remotely dry. I finally found my way to the restaurant, and was literally dripping I was so soaked. I recognized jaeninha inside from Dolpa last year, and we went and got a prime table upstairs next to the window while we waited for georgedollie. Just my luck, I ended up being the only one who got drenched, yay. :| Stupid weather! I totally should've taken the train. XD
Anyways, Donna showed up, and we ordered and a little bit after, the food began. Oooh, the food. :9
Ok, so the first one isn't meat. But it does show the setup of little bowls of goodies around the brazier.

Meat is cooked! So speedy!
The waitress made sure to add more raw meat to the grill when we were almost done devouring the first round. :B
And then, I put down the camera and pigged out until...

Hahaha, oh how I love food. XD; So, yeah. That's all of my photos from our dinner at Wonjo. I had lots of fun yapping and eating and then wandering around and having dessert at some little smelly shop where I had to give back the first piece of pie I got since it was so dry and hard. XD;; I hope we can have Korean BBQ together again soon! :D
So, yeah. I'll try to get some more of my NYC pics posted this weekend. Mebbe. :x I do plan on taking new dollie pics today, so we'll see just how motivated I get. :U
