moraga ranch is going to kick ass this summer. I am really trying to make it a better place for everyone. Hopefully my coaches will enjoy some of the material i shared with them. Planning and managing has really help me refine some of my philosophies on life. My dream is for moraga ranch to become a sort of platform or rehearsal for validation of my ideas.
more importantly i hope i can change the ompa...cuz it does have its sucky sucky dark scary elements.
luckily i seem to have a lot of support from the majority of the parents and swimmers. If everyone is enthusiastic as i expect, this summer could be one of the best ever. I can't imagine the possibilities once we reach our dominant year the following season, with basically the same team...or even bigger/more committed/experienced staff etc.
