Tidings of Comfort and Joy
I'm still here, more or less. I'm trying with varying degrees of success to feel the Christmas spirit. Mostly this has entailed drinking copious amounts of hot chocolate.
I spend most of my time anymore working on some knit or crochet project, or looking at patterns online. I didn't participate in NaNoWriMo this year, not a single word.
Every year around December, the landlord distributes a feedback survey and goes to every apartment to collect them, wearing a Santa hat. He's a nice man, he gives you a bottle of champagne or sparkling cider to thank you for doing the survey. While I was filling it out I couldn't remember how many years we have lived here. Mike said it's been two, but I had to get on LJ to double-check. I know I posted about it when we moved in.
Turns out that it has been three years. How quickly time goes by.
