The New Job
Alright, finally done helping build the office, looks pimp now. Started training thru the comp on Monday, finished with an 83%, lol (Need an 80% to pass) after i failed it like, 2 times. Its actually kinda hard, you have to know what to ask people depending on what they are calling for and sometimes its difficult figuring out what they are calling for, since the name of the place isnt always present on-screen. The past 2 days I've been training live with people, lol. It's a riot. I messed up soooooo much and I just find it funny that people get wicked pissed, even after I tell them I'm training. Overall, its actually not bad, even though what I'm doin now, isn't WHAT I'm going to be doing when I'm trained, theirs another program set I'm gonna have to learn called "Tow-eXchange" in which I will be dispatching tow trucks on the 11PM til 6AM shift, after i'm trained for it. Overnights will be pretty decent, a pay raise and no traffic coming in or going out which makes my life easier, lol.
I'll like it for a while, once I get better but it all takes practice and patience.
