rapunzel4's going to be the official drink-mixer of my new nation. WOO!
Last night I got the most intoxicated I've been yet. And it only took one white russian and one and a half margaritas. I have an excuse, though! Anne was the one mixing, and since she was taught how to make drinks by her mother, her drinks are quite a bit stronger than the average. Like... 50% tequila to 50% margarita mix? Or something? I really don't know much about drinks, so it's all over my head.
I was still able to type well enough after all that, with no more misspellings than usual, and (near as I can figure?) pretty logical in my sentence-construction (though I was having Anne check my posts over for me, and she's more of a light-weight). I did experience some difficulties reading stuff and processing it, but that could be because I generally get dizzy/light-headed when tipsy. Similar to when I stand up too quickly (I have low blood pressure), only it doesn't go away after a little bit, and it continues while I'm sitting down.
The AP (who met me when Jean brought me home) also informs me that I turn very red when tipsy. I maintain that I turn very red no matter what (other kids used to like watching me in 7th grade P.E. when I skipped rope, because you could see me turn from pale pink to bright red in 30 seconds flat).
Still not sure if it's that I have a higher tolerance than my friends or that I just drink my drinks veeeeeeeeery slooooooooowlyyyyyy. Hm.
