7. Bleach
Not the noxious chemical, but the manga by Kubotite. They started showing the anime in club last year, and I thought it was interesting and fun. And I totally do not have scanlations up through chapter 182 on my computer, really....
14. drawing
Do I really need to explain this one? I like drawing. It's fun. I draw on scratch paper when I'm waiting for websites to load at work. I draw on the back of my handouts while listening to boring lectures at school. I take a sketchbook along when I go to museums so that I can sketch the statues. I like to draw.
21. Harry Potter
My current fandom kick. I like to read and write Harry Potter fanfiction and have been doing it for several years now. Recently, I started becoming more involved in the fandom by joining an online community, hogwartsishome. It now consumes way too much of my time and I'm seriously considering washing my hands of the community (but not the fandom!) entirely. If only I wasn't the leader of the art club...
28. J.R.R. Tolkien
Because I read the books before there were even rumours of the possiblity of any movies. And I liked Sam before Sean Astin was ever cast to play him. And I know who Glorfindel is and the importance of the barrow-downs. Yeah.
35. middle ages
This one's simple. I'm a history major who wants to concentrate on the middle ages and the Renaissance. Why those time periods? Because the Black Death came through Europe from 1347 to 1349, and I've been fascinated by the Black Death ever since I read Connie Willis' Doomsday Book.

When you ask me, "Why's the fic not finished?" or, "Where's the picture you said you'd draw for me?" or, "Why are you staying up until four in the morning to finish a paper you've had three weeks to write?" the answer is probably that I haven't gotten the fic/picture/paper done because I've been reading. Reading books, reading fanfic, reading comics... I like to read, it consumes a lot of my time. You're very lucky that I'm giving up reading time in order to answer this meme, in fact...

The only arcade game I enjoy. Yay for falling shapes~ They fall into place and I almost miss my bus stop~

On an unrelated note, I'm trying to teach myself CSS, so I've been playing around with the layout scheme for candleschildren. It's yellow.
