i have come to barter with you after seeing lenabee's icon which she tells me you drew. i was wondering if i can trade you a house blanket for a drawing of me in Hufflepuff robes? i'd love you forever and ever (even though as a fellow hogwartsishome member, that is a given) and give you comments all the time. plllleeeeaaaaasssseeee?

::blinks:: A blanket for a picture? Really? Wow. I know I've been hearing rumors of house blankets (I'm bad at paying attention to the HiH comm), but I didn't think I could get a blanket for just a picture O.O Only... I have way too many blankets already and I nave no idea what I'd do with another one :\ Plus, I'd feel guilty accepting your offer since I've been doing it as a volunteer thing over in the Ravenclaw comm. Hmm... how about this? Post the info listed below, and I'll do pic for nothing (I've been wanting to do someone with colors other than blue/silver or blue/bronze, and I've recently decided to adopt 'Puff as my second House ^^) - or, if you really want to give me something (oh, please! ^^), you can do what I've been asking for over at the Claw comm: a short AU fic in which everyone thinks that Remus was Secret Keeper instead of Sirius :D I'm trying to start a collection :)

face shape: round. kinda heart shaped
eye color: brown
hair: brown with blonde highlights, just below shoulders, curly
clothes: robe with shirt and tie
accessories: thick squared off black glasses

just for a side note (and i find myself sounding conceasted...) i have a small nose that i think is cute...it's the only part of my face that i like. can i have a cute nose in my cartoony self too? :)

i do love the drawings. they are so soft and full of personallity. and thank you soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much!

Eee! Someone finally noticed my 'Puff icon! :D I was so psyched when I realized that I'm actually a Hufflepuff disguised as a Ravenclaw rather than a Slytherin disguised as a 'Claw, 'cause it meant that I finally had an excuse to use my 'Puff icon! (Which is awesome, as the actress on it actually looks freakily like me... O.o) ::luvs her CAUTION icon::

it's so true too! everyone just thinks that the 'Puffs are sweet and innocent and pushovers. woe to those who get on our bad side! i have a slight Slytherclaw streak to me...but sometimes i think i'm just really a hardcore aggressive prideful 'Puff. hehe

Ooo! I'm just popping up on everyone's flists these days... Years of being a no one on the net, and all I ever had to do was start pimping my art skillz ::sniffs:: Wah! Why does no one tell me these things?! (Will probably end up friending you back, just to up the count on my rather pathetic flist ^^)

YES, I have :D I got my mom to pick it up at Cosco last Saturday and promptly started reading in the store, pushing the shopping cart while she guided it (hey, it worked with OotP, why not HBP as well?). There were many other shoppers who were jealous of me. I stayed up until 12:30 am, finishing it. And then went online to try and find all the crazy HBP rumors that I wouldn't read before the book came out... only to come up with nothing T.T I wanted to laugh at the crackpot theorieeees.... Wah~

i forced my mom to go with me to pick up my copy at midnight since none of my friends are fanatics like me. i almost cried when they handed me a copy right out of the box. more of relief than anything else. then i stayed up till around 3:30am and read all day Saturday and finished at 11:00pm Sunday. sobbing and sobbing. i cried myself to sleep over Dumbledore. but he always did make me cry. my favorite character...

See, I'm nowhere near that dedicated :D I was a bit disappointed - I was sure ol' Dumble would last 'til book 7 (but not beyond that), but no go :( I didn't cry, but then, as I've been saying for months now - as long as she doesn't off Neville, I can be happy :D

Plus, I've now figured out my own weird crackpot theory involving HBP and pod people ^.^V

i can't believe the crazies that have come out over the shipping. i read some of the things that people were sending to Rowling in letters. sad how wrapped up they became in their own shipping. i'm not all that into it, but i was a little pleased that Harry finally gave Ginny a chance, though i never really expected it to happen. lol

Well, seeing as I've never been much of a HP/GW fan, I was a little disappointed (I'll read just about anything, but canon-wise I ship HP/no one or (maybe, possibly, kinda) HP/LL), but I'm not about to jump down anyone's throat, especially the woman whose book and world it is ::rolls eyes at teh crazy shippers::

Mandy's Crackpot HBP Theory:
Original Theory: Snape's AK was actually the only thing that could counter the nasty effects of the potion in the cave (which Snape of course knew because he knows everything about teh Potions) and Harry wouldn't find a body at the bottom of the tower when he went to look.
Current theory: Above theory still true; entombed body is a pod person (always check for fingerprints!) :D Yay for crackpot HP theories! ^^

i'm still mulling over how suddenly Harry falls for Ginny. i'm thinking some of Fred and George's stuff. but more than likely not. such teenage drama in this book too. reminded me of my little brother and his gf. lol
