World Domination Term Paper Status: Two complete, one returned with a 20/30. :\
Have apparently managed to fail my first graduate course for doing things like failing to properly cite a personal experience and for having used concepts in my paper that were too complicated for the professor to understand. For example: I feel that, when combatting library anxiety and attempting to reach patrons who experience social anxiety dealing with other people, anonymous surveys are more effective than focus groups which will put those patrons prone to social anxiety on the spot. Clearly this must be because I favor a more "scientific" approach to reflective practice (which, might I add, no one can provide me with an adequate explanation of, so then I am unable to properly explain it in a paper, and I am again marked down further).
The AP got one point lower than me on the paper and no comments, really, beyond one stating that she had completely missed the point. Not even a comment why or how she missed the point. Just that she did.
God, I hate this prof. There goes $1,300 down the hole. I am seriously thinking this Master's thing is not for me.
