Also, Latin prof said that he spoke to the undergraduate advisor for Classics and the advisor said that really what I want are letters of rec from profs in what my strengths are (which was what I was going to do originally), and that my being not-great at Latin is a-okay, because the post-bacc program is specifically meant for people who need brush up on their Latin.
