friday night the party i was at got busted
prior to that, jamie was rediculously sick and i was taking care of him.
an hour before that, i was at the apt. having a nice time
back to the party
i had left to bring mike home, and when i came back the police were outside.
they asked me where i was going and i didnt tell them, although they clearly knew
anthony came down, thank god, before the police had a chance to get in.
i was able to bring him home and call everyone and let them know that the police were downstairs.
after i had dropped anthony, i went back to see what was happening and to wait for everyone. it took the police an hour to get in, and everyone was sticking their heads out the windows to see if they were still there. two people tried to jump off the balcony, that didnt work because they both ended up court dates.nine people got charged & they didnt even check me at all. even if they had, i dont think i would have gotten in any trouble because i had stopped drinking a good hour and a half/ 2 hours before hand
feb 11th- i'm singing at the jazz festival @ berklee, mass
this is my first jazz comp and i'm pretty excited
