I really loved this episode. It was so great watching a new ep and this definitely didn't disappoint. I found the premise interesting and I thought it was nice to see Eliot do the whole mountain climbing thing. We've heard a lot about him surviving in different terrains and things and this episode provided us with a good chance to see that it action.
I thought the Nate/Sophie dynamics were done well - the subtle approach worked well and the way they both dealt with the situation worked well, although I have a feeling that keeping it from the others might not last for that long!
I loved the interactions between Parker and Eliot in this episode. That scene down in the cave was just so, so well done. The characterisation was spot on and it worked well in line with what we've already learnt about both of the characters.
Hardison was awesome as always - I loved the whole 'at least Eliot hugged me' thing and I really liked the Hardison/Parker hug at the end.
Eliot calling Nate out on how soon it was after their last job was also great. I really find that dynamic between them interesting - the way Eliot will let Nate know when he isn't happy with the way he's running things and it shows his worry and his need to protect everyone in the team. I'm a bit worried about Nate, though.
The goodbye scene had me in tears. It was so sad, so well acted and really fitting for the end of the con. I thought it was really clever the way the reveal happened, too.
And the last scene - the fact that they've been bugged and that they're the ones being watched makes it really interesting.
