(no subject)
i just got checks in the mail from both blue cross and the state of california. the blue cross one, which is for like $55, is my insurance paying me back, but i have no idea why the state of california feels it ows me 9.81. Well okay I do, it's a FICA Refund, but why? I have never gotten a FICA Refund before. Mind you, i'm not complaning, but it is a bit wierd. It's fake signed by Steve Westly, failed gubernatorial candidate. Why do we say gubernatorial? That's stupid.
