A lot on my mind
In such a very short time
So much stress comes with it
I wish you were here to take it all away
Like you used to cause I miss you
When you had your problems
I was always there like I said I would be
Thats never going to change with me
I held you close cause I truly care for you
When you felt like giving up
I kept you safe and told you "don't quit"
When you had all that pain inside you
I was by your side every second
Holding you tight, wiping the tears away
Saying everything would be alright
Nothing will change my feelings for you
Because I love you more than anything
And I will always be there for you
All because I love you
