Playing Catch-up
For Fox’s birfday, I’m letting him catch up the fifty or so caches that he lags. Not that there is a competition between us... but he brings it up every now and then. I want to make sure that the couple of power caching trips that I was able to go on when he opted out don’t set him back for life. As far as the Canadian and Belgian caches, I can’t do much there except recommend that he volunteer for more travel with work. So today, he gained 22 on my lead and I picked up two more. This could be considered the hottest day of the year so far, with temps topping out above 90 for the first time. That made bumbling around with my fishin’ hat in the treeless Southside even more fun. It has been so nice to have a day not burdened with the weight of having to be so damn productive. I like the way this has all worked out.
