papacy assist

My holiday went from great to worse in the matter of the last day, convincing me that I may have overspent my welcome. There was no caching love to be found (ok, I had one find). At the urging of a overwrought cache buddy, I revisited a particularly tough find that we missed (Fox too, but he's not as worried about it). I ended up wandering around the forest, feeling up yucca plants on a hint from previous finders. Those plants are truly bundles of swords, doling out clean slices and jabs. Upon last visit to the park, I had caught an allergen, resulting in a rash that was exacerbated by my return (identifying the previously unknown source). Along with that, my head was ringing with toothache.

It kept me up most of the night, along with the apple pie induced lucid dreams involving google earth seeing a bit to much detail and being able to move items around by chiming my fingers together while performing some sort of tai-chi like routine. Like many times, these dreams involved an incredible sense of obligation and urgency, this time to keep everything moving and in order. Between rearranging the universe and keeping my hands out of people's pants I was hiding caches, in the same place everywhere I went... with a tok-tok-tok as the reference pointers landed and each time i would utter aggravated nonsense about irretrievability. I say lucid not only because I lapsed between wake and sleep, but because I kept explaining to the poor souls whose naughty bits I projected on the screen that i was dreaming and it was ok... no one else on the intarweb actually would see.

Tonight will be brought to me by Excedrin, the only thing keeping back the tooth demons now at the expense of day-long sour stomach.

nocturnal, dreams, damage
