Last night we dropeed Jo off at her house and I had to stop at Tescos to pick up some milk on the way home. We got our shit and left the store when CLUMP a guy collapses in the main entrance and starts leakin blood from his head... (Apparently he has done this before and was pissed) still he is injured and we leap into the fray, he's breathing, gunky mucus breathing, but breathing none the less so we get him into recovery get him comfy while one of the lads who saw was next him (there was a group of 14/15 year olds there and hats off to them they were bloody responsible, dunno why they were allowed out at midnight at night but they were allright) we got our shit covered making sure he is alright and I go to his hand secure under his head so as to get him comfy and bang pressure on the wound when income a couple of thick nearly chav scally scumbags... "ITS OK.... I'M A NURSE" exclaims the girl.... I would have beleived it ifshe didn't pushthe guy flat on his back and fumble around his chest and throat looking for a pulse (The fucker was breathing you didn't need to check for a pulse WTF let alone simply puch the bastard over onto the concrete when he was secure in recovery position) Then her and her idiot boyfriend yanked the guy back over onto his side, this poor guy, drunk as a lord and pissing blood out of his head is being poorly man handled by this faux nurse and her bloody gimp, not only that but she was sitting there with blood all over her hands trying to wiggle this guys head around and look at his cut.... WHAT A FUCKING TWAT, I had some blood on my hands but I sure as well wasn't trying to put my fingers into the guys cranium.... I really hate this, this has happened before when some cars collided outside a club in Burton, me and a mate jumped in to get these people out, everything was cool, they were all in one place, everything was calm and under control when in comes a fucking bouncer yelling his head off at me pushing people back and around by this poitn three of the guys of the five out of the car had wandered off to find there mates who had been laying or sitting next to them the whole time, theire arms and legs were broken, I could see from the fucking lumps only the skin was holding it in.... PEOPLE JUST WANT IN ON THE ACTION EVEN IF IT MEAN JEOPARDISING THE HEALTH OF ANOTHER PERSON, there is no need to be involved if everything is under control. It really gets my fucking back up.
Anyway we left as the paramedic was there and "the nurse" having now washed her hands and taken her share of the drama was leaving the first aid to the tescos staff because as we know her nurse status could never compete with a tescos checkout staff badge. WHAT A BITCH.
At that poitn havin clean up me and hayley left it to the proffessionals- the actual paramedic who was so bloody cool and casual abotu the whole thing, no slamming this unconscious guy around or cupping his wiggling the head to find where the cut was and feeling his neck and chest for a pulse when the guy is fucking breathin! That was that.
So anyway "Why us" is next on the list -
Everytime we are out late at night something happens-
Last night guy drops on passes out and bangs his head....
Sunday morning last weekend - We find a mashed up car, nice one a Civic Type R, no one was in it but we were set up to scoop out anyone that was and another guy who pulled up said he saw two individuals making there way down the large bypass road... so it was obviously stolen, I called the cops no one came but by 8 in the morning it was gone... Little nnoying as we had stopped, the oiperator was rubbish and the police didn't turn up, so we didn't hang around incase we got mugged by these ingrates and they try and nick of with my car.
Drunks laying in the road - 999 call check if they are Jay you remember that guy, he could barely speak english, in Leics witht he truck driver having stopped aswell after Summer Sensations...
Coming home one night and a bloke had been hit by a car while he was on his scooter, he was not too bad, some breaks and bruises but it was at low speed it was at an island but it was a hit and run.
Then the fabled car crash already mentioned, one guy took off as he obviously had nicked the vehicle while the car full of others who were a bit mashed up was left to us to pull them out and pull the door back off its hinges to do so.
There are so many of these things its crazy... are we just walking disaster areas... there are not many times when we are somewhere in the night and someone doesn't require a 999 call cause something has cracked off... my name must be logged pretty well with them now!!!!
