"Alright guys...be back in 5."  I got things going, felt it so I sat back down and relaxed....

I began to imagine that I'm soaring through the sky and looking up toward space.  And then I realized that while I felt like I'm looking up, I wasn't looking at space at all.   While I felt like I was ascending higher into the sky to the stars, I was doing the opposite; I was falling at a dangerous rate toward what looked like a bed of soft lights...but my landing wasn't soft at all.  I hit this dark wall covered in what looked like little fireflies and was stunned for what felt like hours.  As I come to, I focused instantly on a faint glow to my far right.  The glow had a calm, soothing aura to it, but something didnt feel right.  I got back up to my feet and knew I shouldn't find out what it was, but curiosity took over.  I got into a light jog, and while I felt like I should have been getting closer, things were getting farther away...so I went and started running backwards.  Strangely, the light still continued to get farther away.  Not knowing what to do, I figured I should try and ignore it and get the fuck out of this black hole.  But while I stood there, caught up in my own thoughts, that eerie light drew nearer.  Everytime I put my thoughts back on it, it would get father away from me.  And when I did my own thing...it kept on coming back.

"GLENN!!!! Dude, what the hell are you doing?"  It was my friend calling me.
I was back.  "How long was I gone?" I asked.
"....its only been like 4 minutes man."
"What?! You've got to be kidding me! I felt like I was stuck in this pit for 2 years!" I exclaimed.

Strangely, I was right.  When I try and forget, it comes to me.  And when I'm attentive, its gone.  Is there any possible way be attentive and have it here?  How do you end something by forgetting about it, when regardless of what you do, it comes and causes problems?  Stoic nature = problems.  Active nature = problems.  How do you get rid of the problem without causing more problems?
