My Spring Break
You know what the best part of coming home from vacation is? Getting greeted by the black fur ball known as Jack! He ran right up to me and followed me around until I left this morning. I think he missed me. AWWW!!! You know what sucks about coming back home? A lot of things! The unpacking, laundry, trying to get back in the groove of your time zone...man, I am tired! But at least I got my kitty to amuse me again. I missed him!
Since I left 10 days ago we did a lot of things. We started off in Denver were we went to the Nature and Science Museum and the Zoo. We also walked around town and in the big city park. Overall, Denver is not a place I would like to visit again. Way too many cliché snowboarders and potheads!
After driving through the rest of Colorado and Utah we stopped at the Grand Canyon. And yes, it is Grand! Later on we headed down to Phoenix for a few days. Once again we got the tourist stuff in...like Montezuma Castle and Well, and we also did a lot of shopping. I bought a new white purse and Versace sunglasses. Yeah, now I’m rockin’!
Our final stop was Las Vegas. We went and saw Zumanity, gambled, and partied until 6:30 in the morning. Yeah, it’s hard living it up in Vegas, and exhausting! Zumanity was amazing! And while gambling I lost $14 in the slots, but won $150 in blackjack. Too bad the blackjack money wasn’t mine, it was the boyfriends. Oh well...
So my friends, that was my spring break in a nutshell...and it was a good time.
