So my neighbor here at work is on a diet and has this food diary where she has to note down every little thing she consumes.. Out of curiosity, I decided to figure out the nutritional value of today's breakfast.
Krispy Kreme Chocolate Iced Custard Filled doughnut:
Calories: 300, Total fat: 17g (25% daily value) (4g sat, 5g trans), Cholesterol: 5mg, Sodium: 140mg, Sugars: 19g, Vitamin C: 2%, Calcium: 8%, Iron: 6%,
Servings.. I had three >.> (hey, they were cheaper when ya bought three! .. at least I didn't get twelve! They're even "cheaper by the dozen")
And I washed those down with United Dairy Farmers Vitamin D 3.25% Milk Fat milk..
Calories: 150, Total fat: 8g (12% daily value) (5g sat, 0g trans), Cholestrol: 30mg, Sodium: 120mg, Sugar: 12g, Vitamin A: 6%, Vitamin C: 4%, Calcium: 30%, Iron: 0%, Vitamin D: 25%
Servings.. 2 per bottle.
Wow.. Total breakfast damage was 1200 calories, which is roughly one half the average daily recommended value and 67 grams of fat, which is about 100.5% recommended daily value. Holy crap is that unhealthy! *sighs* But.. it tasted so good! I love custard filled doughnuts..
