USAF Vet Wants To Donate Her Arlington Plot To... [UPDATED]

Tamerlan Tsarnaev

That's right - a USAF Veteran wants to donate their plot at Arlington National Cemetery, resting place of our nation's heroes, to the scum who murdered 3 people in the Boston Marathon bombing and 1 person in a police shoot-out just so she can feel better about herself.

Julie Frein served in the United States Air Force in 1976 for two years. Because she served, she's earned the right to be buried in Arlington. Her husband also served in the military so she has the choice of being buried with him. Her justification? She's "just very tired of hatred and all of this killing."

You know what I'm so very tired of? People who sympathize with terrorists! It's stuff like this that makes me want to scream.

"Well the country would just have to get over that, wouldn't they? Because nobody...nobody deserves to rot above ground."

If she really felt that way, she would have done something for the victims of this tragedy like Krystle Campbell, Lu Lingzi, Martin Richard, and Sean Collier instead of showing sympathy for a man and a family who have made it clear that they hate this country.

Note to mod: Could we get a tag for military, please? Thank you!

UPDATE: The good news is that this won't happen. Arlington National Cemetery responded on their Facebook page:

"We have been receiving calls about the interview a veteran did regarding giving up her space at a veteran cemetery to the Boston Bombing suspect so he can be buried. We want to make it clear that this suspect is not eligible to be buried at Arlington - a veteran can’t transfer their eligibility to another person. Please pass this along to those who are concerned!"

military, terrorism, wtf?
